By booking a tour with Ceylon Tours & GuidePro, you agree to our terms and conditions regarding booking, payment, cancellations, liability, and dispute resolution. Please review the following key policies before confirming your trip.
📌 Booking & Cancellation Policies
- ✔ A booking is confirmed upon receipt of:
- Written confirmation from the traveler.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total travel cost.
- ✔ Standard Cancellation Fees:
- 31-60 days before departure: Deposit is forfeited.
- 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total ground arrangement cost is charged.
- 8-14 days before departure: 50% of total ground arrangement cost is charged.
- 7 days or less before departure: No refunds available.
💳 Payment Terms
- ✔ A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
- ✔ Full payment deadlines may vary based on travel arrangements.
- ✔ The remaining balance must be paid before the final due date specified in your confirmation.
⚖️ Liability Disclaimers
- ✔ Ceylon Tours & GuidePro reserves the right to make reasonable changes to travel arrangements without prior notice if deemed necessary.
- ✔ Travelers are responsible for understanding and complying with all visa, passport, and travel regulations.
- ✔ Any damages caused by travelers during their stay are their own responsibility, and the company must be indemnified against related claims.
